This place is in one word, amazing! The owner is the kindest young man that can speak english very well and has a passion to make the best fresh pasta! He delivers to restaurants from the town and sells to customers but you can also have the chance to put together your own pasta bowl (pasta, shape, sauce). You have a lot of choices and it's the best place for pasta fresca in town since you can see him making the pasta in front of you. Che dire? Finalmente un pastificio di altissima qualità e con il giusto grado di innovazione. Dalle più classiche tagliatelle, alla pasta Marina. Fritti deliziosi e porchetta artigianale ottima (e vengo da Roma). Bravi bravi, il proprietario è molto preparato e attento alla materia prima. Mi ha raccontato un sacco di curiosità sulla preparazione e su come cucinare la pasta. Consiglio!

Difatti quasi ogni settimana crea un raviolo con un ripieno unico e consiglia anche come abbinarlo. Davvero ne vale la pena passare a provare... Una volta provato è quasi impossibile abbandonarlo!
